Once your complete application is received, a provisional certificate of registration, a housing certificate and a notification will be sent to you.
Registration is not definitive until full payment is received (tuition and fees).
Payment is possible by either a French bank check made out in the order of AGESEFE, cash, or a money order. Contact us for payment by bank transfer.
The balance of any registration fees due must be paid before the 1st day of classes at the latest. In case of non-payment, you will not be authorized to attend classes.
Once a class started the balance is due in full.
The student card will be issued to students registered for 2 or 3 trimesters (arrival in January with classes ending in June- The following documents must be provided :
High school diploma translated into French,
Birth certificate translated into French,
Health insurance: All students staying at ISEFE for more than three months are required to have health insurance. Students under the age of 28 are eligible for the university health care plans (LMDE or SMERRA: € 215). Students over the age of 28 will have to subscribe to private health insurance.
School and extracurricular insurance (€ 16 for 1 year)
* Membership fee to access the on- campus sports facility and to participate in university/ ISEFE organized sport activities is € 16.
By the student: the deposit is non-refundable.
In the case where a visa is refused: you will be refunded what was paid (minus €100 for administrative fees) upon justification from the Consulate and provided that ISEFE is notified at least 15 days before the start of classes.
ISEFE reserves the right to cancel a course and refund the deposit in the case where there is an insufficient number of students registered.
There will be no refund, compensation or rescheduling of any class that falls on the day of a legal holiday: the 1st and 11th of November, 25th December, 1st January, 1st and 8th of May, Easter, Ascension, Pentecost.
ABSENCE / STOPPING DURING THE ONGOING SESSION / RESCHEDULING:
Courses that have been started must be completed in their entirety for the dates chosen during registration. Any student absence, lateness, cancelation or abandonment (expect for justified medical reasons) do not qualify for a refund.
CHANGE OF LEVEL:
At the conclusion of the session and after evaluation, a student may attend a higher level class.
Class times may differ from one session to another.
Health insurance, and insurance covering accidents and civil liability are at the expense of the student.
ISEFE declines any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of any of the students’ personal belongings.
On occasion, ISEFE takes photos of students and uses them in informational materials and publicity, except where, during registration, a student has requested that their image not be used.
You should send a detailed letter to ISEFE or obtain a complaint form from office 14100; the center’s management commits to closely examine any complaint and will make a decision accordingly.
This complaint must be filed within one month after the end of the course.
In accordance with the French Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law (Loi Informatique et Liberté) of 6 January 1978, Article 27 states: the data contained on the registration form are necessary and can be used according to our needs. You have the right to access and modify the information provided. Please contact the administration if you wish to do so.
Registration implies the acceptance of these general terms of sales.
In case of dispute, only French law is applicable.
